THE HIRE PROCESS

To arrange for a hire quote please fill in the Request Quote form, which is accessible from our Hire webpage. Please outline the dates required, quantities and products, making sure to include all of your contact information, and we will arrange a quotation for you. A bond will also be calculated. If freight is required we will also quote for this.
To proceed with a quotation and book out the dates you require we require a 50% deposit. Final payment of quote, bond and any freight charges are required prior to hire products being despatched.
MINIMUM ORDER
There is a minimum order spend of $50 (excluding bond and delivery).
HIRE PERIOD
A typical hire period is for up to 4 days which is included in all pricing, however this can be negotiated if you require the products for longer. An additional fee of $40 per day will be charged for products that are returned later than the agreed return date.
BOND
A bond will be calculated for all hire orders and submitted with your quotation. This bond is payable prior to the products being despatched. The bond will be refunded in full upon return of all hire products, provided there is no damage or loss.
FREIGHT
You can choose to pick the hire products up from Toorak or Moorabbin, or alternatively we can provide a courier quote for delivery and return. 48 hours notice is required prior to pick-up or delivery. Payment in full of quotation, bond and any freight charges are required prior to hire products being despatched.
AVAILABILITY AND QUANTITIES
If you require a larger quantity than is available please still make an enquiry, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If a confirmed order is cancelled two weeks prior to the hire date a refund less 20% of quoted price will be refunded. If a confirmed order is cancelled four or more weeks prior to the hire date you will be refunded in full.
RETURN CONDITION
Please ensure that all items are returned clean and dry. If additional cleaning is required a cleaning charge will be deducted from your bond.
Please ensure all items are returned in their original wrapping and packaging. Please take care not to damage any of the packaging, and make sure all packaging is returned (even if some damaged has occured). Any major damage or replacement needed will incur a fee that will be deducted from your bond.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
If you wish to use candles in our products please ensure that only non-drip candles or tea lights are used. Cheap candles tend to be very messy and difficult to clean up. If there is excessive wax on products that is difficult to remove, a replacement fee will be incurred and deducted from your bond.
Our products have been used before, and while we endeavour to keep them looking as new as possible, occasionally there can be some slight wear marks.
